"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

hmmm... some good card ideas you got here, but the mana costs and abilities are a bit outta-whack and the dynamics of gameflow seems a little off...
...like goblin necromancer - the creature you bring back should be sacked at end of turn if there is no mana cost involved in bringing it back. the art is pretty good, nice continuity and nice quality... but i think it's the detail and the continuity in the mana symbols etc. that will really make your cards 'op'.
PS. almost forgot, in your set - you should shoot for 365 cards like the old editions and include some of the newer ideas then your next set can revolutionise it by changing the dynamics and exanding on the idea, maybe even take a few of the cards you would have put in the next set as teasers for new abilities etc. like remember tempest/stronghold/exodus or the urza block 1 main set of 365 then 2 sets of 159...
